For over 70 years, Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center has been dedicated to serving our communities with exceptional health care services. Located in Jasper, Indiana, we have expanded to offer more than 30 specialties, supported by approximately 250 physicians and advanced practice providers across 33 health care offices in seven counties. Our team of over 1,800 caregivers is committed to delivering quality medical care to more than 6,000 inpatients, 250,000 outpatients, and 26,000 emergency department visits annually. Each year, we welcome over 700 newborns into the world at our facility.

Memorial Hospital provides a comprehensive range of medical services within our 128-bed facility. Situated on a 15-acre campus between 9th Street and 13th Street in Jasper, our nearly 500,000-square-foot complex includes a five-story medical facility, the seven-level Little Company of Mary Tower, a medical arts building, and several office buildings.

Our commitment to excellence has earned us national recognition. On April 23, 2020, we achieved Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program, the highest national honor for nursing excellence. In 2018, we were honored with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, a presidential-level accolade recognizing organizations that exemplify innovation and leadership.

Memorial Health Family Medicine in Jasper offers comprehensive and compassionate care for all ages—from pediatric to geriatric. Our dedicated team provides services including maternity care, well-child care, Medicare wellness visits, preventative care, same-day sick visits, immunizations, osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), DOT physicals, and more.
