Lafayette Regional Health Center, originally established as Lexington Memorial Hospital in 1951, stands as the sole healthcare provider for Lafayette County and its neighboring regions, serving over 32,000 residents. As part of HCA Midwest Health, we are renowned for delivering compassionate and high-quality acute and outpatient care. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our numerous accolades from prestigious organizations like The Joint Commission and the American College of Radiology.

Our facility, a Missouri Critical Access Hospital, features 25 private rooms and offers cutting-edge imaging, testing services, and a comprehensive range of surgeries. We provide more than 20 medical specialties, including bone and joint care, pain management, primary care, wellness programs, and rehabilitation services. Additionally, our three rural health clinics extend our reach into the community. The Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at our center brings advanced cancer diagnosis and treatment close to home.
