The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is dedicated to managing water and natural resources for 38 municipalities and nearly one million residents within the Grand River watershed. As a collaborative partnership of watershed municipalities, the GRCA provides a platform for addressing environmental challenges and opportunities that benefit the entire region.
Located in Cambridge, Ontario, the GRCA holds the distinction of being Canada's oldest water management agency and ranks among the oldest globally. Established under the Conservation Authorities Act, it is one of 36 conservation authorities in Ontario and proudly affiliates with Conservation Ontario.
