Flowers Hospital is a 235-bed healthcare facility dedicated to providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, medical, surgical, diagnostic, and emergency care to the Dothan community. With a team of 1,400 healthcare professionals, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and serve as a major referral center for the Tri-State area of south Alabama, southwest Georgia, and northwest Florida. Our mission is to be a place of healing, caring, and connection for patients and families in the community we proudly call home.

Our commitment to quality is recognized through numerous awards and accreditations. We are an Accredited Center by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and hold multiple accreditations from The Joint Commission. Our excellence extends to radiology with accreditations from the American College of Radiology in Breast Health, CT, Mammography, MRI, PET, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, and Ultrasound. Additionally, we are a Primary Stroke Center recognized by the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association/The Joint Commission and a Blue Distinction Center+ for various specialties including Bariatric Surgery, Cardiac Care, Knee and Hip Replacement, and Spine Surgery.
