As an independently owned practice located on the St. Francis Medical Center campus in Midlothian, Virginia, our mission is to deliver exceptional medical care with dedication and compassion.

We offer convenient appointment scheduling, telemedicine visits, and extended office hours to ensure accessibility. Family Practice Associates is open seven days a week with extended hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. For urgent advice after hours, you can reach us through the DOCTORS EXCHANGE at (804) 257-5169. Some providers also offer telemedicine visits when appropriate.

Our on-site laboratory and radiology services enhance your visit by eliminating the need for external referrals. Tests not available in-house can be sent to Labcorp, while x-rays are promptly reviewed by our experienced providers and a board-certified radiologist.

We are also affiliated with the Virginia Research Center (VRC), allowing us to screen patient records for ongoing clinical studies. Eligible patients can participate in new therapies at no cost, with all study visits conveniently conducted in our office.
