As part of the Hospital Corporation of America's (HCA) national network, Fairfax Surgical Center collaborates closely with your physician to deliver exceptional medical services and care. We are proud to offer a Charity Discount Policy for uninsured or underinsured patients who do not qualify for other governmental assistance programs. Patients meeting financial hardship guidelines of 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline may qualify for this discount.

Additionally, we offer an Uninsured Discount Program for those who do not qualify for Medicaid, charity care, or other discounts available at our center. All eligible patients receive a bill reflecting a discount from total charges unless they qualify for the Charity Discount.

We are also here to guide you towards governmental medical assistance programs such as Medicaid, CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program), and other state and local resources. For patients responsible for their care costs, we are happy to work with you to establish a payment plan tailored to your financial situation.
