In collaboration with the Indiana University School of Medicine, Eskenazi Health operates as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Our physicians offer a wide array of primary and specialty care services at our 333-bed hospital and various outpatient facilities. These services extend beyond our downtown campus to a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites throughout Indianapolis.
Accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized by Becker's Hospital Review as one of the nation's top 150 workplaces, Eskenazi Health has garnered national acclaim for its programs while continuously enhancing health care opportunities for the local community. As the sponsoring hospital for Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services, the city's main EMS provider, we proudly host Indiana's first adult Level I trauma center, the only verified adult burn center in the state, and the first community mental health center in Indiana.
