Our mission is to change lives. At Carrollton Springs, we envision transforming the delivery of behavioral health services to address one of the greatest healthcare challenges of our time: the lack of access to quality care for mental illness and addiction.

We strive to decrease suicide rates, reduce addiction-related deaths, reverse declining life expectancy, and boost productivity in the communities we serve.
