Central Ohio Primary Care was established in 1996 by a group of 33 physicians who prioritized patient care over administrative burdens. From the beginning, our focus has been on innovative approaches to deliver exceptional patient care. Today, with over 87 practices, we serve more than 450,000 patients. Yet, our true distinction lies not in our size but in our evolution beyond traditional primary care.

We have developed a comprehensive system that supports the entire spectrum of care for each COPC patient. Our hospitalist team operates across regional hospitals, we are expanding SameDay Centers, and enhancing our ancillary services. We are pioneering a model we believe is the pinnacle of primary care excellence.
