CareRev is dedicated to shaping a sustainable future for healthcare professionals. As a modern marketplace platform, we empower healthcare workers with the freedom to choose their work schedules, offering tools and training to advance their careers and personalized growth opportunities.

In 2015, our founder, Will Patterson, was a trauma RN in San Francisco. He experienced firsthand the challenges of staffing shortages and low nurse-to-patient ratios, which hindered his ability to deliver optimal patient care. Struggling with student loans, he sought flexible per diem shifts but found no efficient way to locate and fill open positions. Recognizing that hospitals were in constant need of staff, yet nurses lacked an easy means to connect with these opportunities, Will conceived CareRev—a labor marketplace app linking healthcare facilities with flexible, pre-qualified professionals.

Today, CareRev is a rapidly expanding team comprising nursing leaders, engineers, customer advocates, talent managers, and designers. United by a common goal, we strive to create a more adaptable and efficient workforce in healthcare. Every day, we offer staffing solutions that enable facilities and clinicians to meet ever-changing demands while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
