General Summary of Position
Unit Highlights
Step into our Intermediate Care (IMC) Unit, a 22-bed cardiac specialty floor
Experience meaningful challenges and advanced clinical experiences daily
Team-oriented, patient-centered, and nurturing environment with a strong focus on patient safety
12-hour straight shifts with off-hour weekend on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications
ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required
Prior clinical nursing experience preferred
Active MD RN license or active Compact State RN license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification required
This position has a hiring range of $35.00 - $56.91
