What Youll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Guide and inspire a dedicated team of Caregivers, ensuring exceptional support for every individual in our program.
- Champion Individual Success: Oversee the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), tailoring support to help each person thrive.
- Shape Our Team: Take an active role in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to build a positive, collaborative environment.
- Hands-On Support: Provide direct care, from daily living assistance and medication administration to personal care and meal planning.
- Community Connector: Encourage community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and providing transportation to work, events, and activities.
- Balance Growth: Enjoy a dynamic role that blends direct service, program management, and leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current drivers license, reliable vehicle, registration, and insurance
- Other licensure or certification if required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for helping others and being part of something better
