Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled Dialysis RN with recent experience to support geriatric patients in a facility-based setting. Ideal for nurses experienced with NXStage Dialysis Machines and open to floating as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of current Dialysis experience - Required
  • Geriatric patient experience - Required
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine proficiency - Strongly Required
  • Valid Drivers License - Required
  • CNN/CDN certification - Preferred
  • Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
  • BSN - Preferred
  • Must be open to floating
