Cook Childrens Health Care System is seeking a per diem / prn Occupational Therapist for a per diem / prn job in Fort Worth, Texas.

The occupational therapist evaluates and provides family oriented services to the home health patient with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments; fine motor, sensorimotor, and developmental delays; as well as traumatic injuries and swallowing disorders. This includes patient and caregiver education; discharge planning; and consultation to other professionals, clinics or agencies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
1 year pediatric experience preferred
Certification/Licensure:
CPR certification
State license for occupational therapy or licensure eligible
Current Texas drivers license in good standing
