The Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position offers mental health professionals the opportunity to launch or expand their private practice while receiving support from Headway. Clinicians can conduct psychotherapy sessions and manage medication remotely, with the flexibility to set their own hours. Headway provides resources for insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing to help counselors grow their caseload and streamline patient care.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour
