As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you provide remote psychotherapy and medication management services. You have the flexibility to set your own hours and manage your caseload through Headway, which offers support for insurance credentialing and billing. This role is pivotal in increasing access to mental health care and ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
- LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
- LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
- LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
