Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Nurses will work 10-hour shifts in the AM, with weekend requirements every other weekend. Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts may also be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring a high standard of care and safety at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and document all relevant information in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to comply with flu and COVID vaccination requirements, with options for medical or religious declinations.

Additional Information:
- Orientation week will require full-time hours; standard weekly hours are 36 to 40 hours, depending on the shift.
