Surgical Technologist - ENDO (Endoscopy)
If you are passionate about assisting in minimally invasive procedures, join us as a Surgical Technologist - ENDO (Endoscopy). In this role, you will support physicians during endoscopic procedures by ensuring proper equipment setup and maintaining sterile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilize instruments and prepare endoscopy suites for procedures such as colonoscopies or upper GI endoscopies.
- Assist physicians during procedures by passing instruments or operating specialized endoscopic equipment as needed.
- Ensure the sterile field is maintained throughout the procedure to prevent infections.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth operations during procedures.
- Document procedure details accurately and maintain compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
Work Environment:
- The role is primarily based in hospital endoscopy units or outpatient surgical centers equipped for minimally invasive procedures.
- This position requires focus and stamina in a fast-paced environment where precision is critical for patient outcomes.
