Healthcare Support is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Holland, Ohio.
Job Description Requirements
- Specialty: Home Health

Duties:
- Performs initial OASIS assessments and follow-up visits as scheduled or clinically indicated.
- Delivers skilled nursing care through in-home visits to support healing and manage chronic conditions.
- Educates patients and families on disease progression and effective care management.
- Manages a daily caseload of 3-5 in-home visits, based on patient needs and scheduling.
- Efficiently applies HCHB EMR experience to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Required: . Minimum 1 year of recent, full-time geriatric home health RN experience (PRN not accepted) . Proficient in OASIS-E assessments and experienced with HCHB chartingREQ ID: 463512
