Tell us about the unit(s):Number of Beds - 12Number of Staff - 28Type of staff:Day Shift - (1 charge, 5 RN, 1 CNA, and 1 secretary)Night Shift - (1 charge, 5 RN) Patient Ratios -2:1Type of equipment - ICU equipmentEMR -MeditechMust have: ICU experienceExperience with neuro/stroke patientsPreferred or nice to have: Neuroscience ICU experienceExperience with Meditech documentation systemAbility to care for 4-5 patients if pulled to neuroscience stepdown unit List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Ventriculostomy insertions/p thrombectomy proceduress/p TPA administration s/p tumor resection and biopsyLumbar drain and ventric managementQ1 hr Pupillometer monitoring REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:BLS, ACLS NIHSSMedical Solutions Job ID #848119.
