Job description: Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting under the direct supervision of a registered nurse preceptor. Communicates with RN preceptor, as appropriate, about changes in patients clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Participates in the departments performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
