Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare facility, you will provide high-quality patient care in various environments. This role entails working closely with patients and their families to ensure the delivery of optimal healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording vital signs and noting any changes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing patient assessments and effective treatment plans.

Qualifications:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
