Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine residents therapy needs. . Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing functional abilities. . Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and meet care goals. . Provide education to residents and their families on therapy interventions and adaptive equipment. . Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress. . Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.Qualifications: . Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. . Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. . Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required). . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. . Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
