Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate should be strong in bulk hiring, field recruitment, walk-ins, screening, and coordination, with the ability to close candidates quickly while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment drives (local areas, NGOs, training institutes, referrals)
• Screen candidates based on language skills, availability, location, and attitude
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation collection
• Ensure candidates meet minimum eligibility criteria (education, communication, background readiness)
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports
• Work closely with Operations and Training teams for smooth onboarding
• Drive referral hiring programs and local partnerships
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in:
• Blue-collar / gig / pink-collor workforce hiring
• Field recruitment / bulk hiring
• Experience in Home care Services, food delivery, Security, Housekeeping, Facility Management, Healthcare staffing (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English + local language)
• Ability to screen candidates quickly and practically
• Comfortable with ground-level hiring and field work
• Basic knowledge of documentation, KYC, and onboarding processes
• Good follow-up and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in domestic help, healthcare support staff hiring
• Familiarity with local recruitment markets in Hyderabad
• Experience conducting job mela / walk-in events
