The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position is a remote role focused on providing mental health services and support to clients through Headway. Clinicians are helped in launching or growing their private practice by simplifying the insurance process and offering marketing support for patient referrals. This flexible position allows LCSWs to manage their schedules while enjoying the benefits of a supportive community.

- Providing customized support to clinicians and patients in order to streamline the process of both seeking and providing care.
- Verifying client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, so that access to care is never delayed, and you can see your patients with confidence.
And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
