HIGHLIGHTS:
- Minimum of 18 months recent ED experience
- Must have 18 mo perm ED PRIOR to travel
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC in hand
- MUST have Epic experience
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday
- Cleveland Clinic accepts locals at the same BR
- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending
- Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- ONE recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
- Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled
- BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case
- Facility does not accept any license hits
- EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements
- All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually
- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 Hours of signing contract
- All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission
- Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet completed and filled in
