Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months recent ED experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license and the required certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Epic experience is also a must.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on individual patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate competency in ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety protocols.
- Participate in holiday rotations as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Emergency Department experience.
- Must have a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact license in hand at the time of submission.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (must be current).
- Proficient in the Epic electronic health records system.
- Ability to provide one recent professional reference from a supervisor or manager in the specialty applied for.

- Candidates will complete orientation modules prior to their start date, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments. A passing score is necessary to continue employment.
- Background checks will be conducted, and candidates with open cases or license violations cannot be accepted.
