About the Job:
CareOff is hiring Caretakers to support families with daily care needs for children or elders. This role requires good behavior, neat grooming, and the ability to speak English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Work Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

• Keep the child or elder safe at all times

• Maintain cleanliness at home

• Follow family routine

• Report emergencies immediately

• Use mobile only when necessary

Child Care

• Help with dressing and grooming

• Play, read, and teach basic learning

• Maintain toy and room cleanliness

• Follow meal andamp; sleep timings

• Take child to park/school (if allowed)

Elder Care

• Assistance with grooming, toileting, dressing

• Support in walking or wheelchair use

• Give medication reminders

• Help with meals

• Provide emotional support

• Maintain clean andamp; safe surroundings

Professional Behavior

Grooming: neat, clean clothes, daily bath, trimmed nails, no strong perfume, wear uniform
Communication: speak basic English/Hindi/Telugu, be polite, give updates
Behavior: respectful, no arguing, no gossiping, follow home rules, protect family privacy
Timing: punctual, follow schedule, inform if late

Eligibility

• Age 18andndash;30

• Male or Female

• Must speak English, Hindi andamp; Telugu

• Professional behavior andamp; grooming

• Training provided (no experience required)
