Job Description: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of staff experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU settings. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being during their stay in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU, monitoring vital signs and clinical symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Document all patient care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in accordance with hospital protocols

Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological care
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Available to float to other units if necessary

Additional Information:
- Navy blue scrubs are required
- Competency test required within 24 hours of submission; ensure an up-to-date email is provided
- Candidates from ineligible counties will not be accepted

Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM
