A Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) provides support to clients through psychotherapy sessions and medication management while operating within a flexible private practice. This role involves utilizing tools and resources to enhance practice efficiency and patient access, including insurance credentialing and administrative support. Therapists can work remotely or in-person, set their own schedules, and benefit from marketing and patient referral assistance provided by Headway.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
