8A-5P, Monday thru FridayCase Manager averages 25 to 30 patients2 years home health experience minimumRN Licensed for State of Maine or CompactBLS requiredDrivers license required and must use own vehicle to drive from patient home to patient home. Call requirement: Overnight - 5 PM to 8 AM. Rotation is typically twice a month but could be more dependent upon staffingHoliday Expectations: Will be required if assignment aligns with major holiday
