Example Assignment: 13-week day shift, Monday – Friday, with a weekday off. 10-hour shifts. Circulating skills within Neuro/Ortho/Robotics preferred.

What You Will Do

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations or regions as needed.
• Demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently and appropriately within license, scope of knowledge, and experience in practice area.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• At least 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience for all other specialties, including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Maintain specialty credentials as required (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) plans and provides professional nursing services in accordance with their experience, education, state board of nursing, and established policies and procedures. The RN integrates the art, science, leadership, and knowledge of nursing practice through relationship-centered, compassionate, ethical, and respectful direct/indirect healthcare services.

Pay Range

$71.00 – $76.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. Pay range may also vary by location.
