SETTING:	SNF, IP, and OP mixed settings

GUARANTEE:	35 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:	13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:	Prefer candidates with at least 1 yr. in SNF or Clinical rotation/externship in the SNF. MUST be strong in SNF caseload and able to work independently Currently using a traveler but they are not working out because of lack of experience
STAFF:	Total number of team members 15 and 1 Rehab Tech
EMR:	NetHealth / RehabOptima
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	90% Productivity but client understands caseload may vary and says average is 88% 2 hour orientation and expectation is to hit the ground running and meet productivity
SCHEDULE:	Mon-Fri
ADDITIONAL INFO:	132 Bed facility skilled nursing inpatient and outpatient rehab
