Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Walpole, Massachusetts.
Job Description Requirements
- Specialty: Long Term Care
- Discipline: LPN / LVN
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings
- Employment Type: Travel
LPN | Long-Term Care (LTC) | Day Evening Shifts
Shift Schedule:
- (3) 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- (3) 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours Weekly (Combination of 8s 16s)
Required for Submittal

- LPN Skills Checklist
- 2 References (1 Supervisor, 1 Peer)

- Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
