Requirements:
Candidates must maintain the following certifications throughout employment:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (required)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association (required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Heart Association (required within 1 year of hire)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) - required within 1 year of hire
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) - required within 1 year of hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - required within 6 months of hire
- Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Level 5 - required within 3 months of hire
- Patient Sitter Competency Training - required upon hire
