Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care to patients undergoing neurological procedures and surgeries, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, aneurysm clippings/coiling, and more.
• Manage a diverse patient population with conditions such as strokes (post-tPA), ALS, Guillain-Barre syndrome, seizures, Parkinsons disease, and spinal cord injuries.
• Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physician assistants, physical/occupational therapists, case management and social workers.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the continuum of care.

Who Should Apply:

• Associate degree in Nursing required
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• BLS CPR certification required
• Acute Care RN experience required

Applicants with an Associates degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
