Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School Services Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Surprise, Arizona.
Job Description Requirements

Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver OT services based on each students IEP
- Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
- Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
- Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
- Potentially supervise OT assistants
Pay and Bonus:
- $47.10 - $50.70 per hour
- $3,000 assignment bonus available conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
