Medical Physicist - Radiology
If you are passionate about advancing diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy, join us as a Medical Physicist. In this role, you will apply your expertise in physics to ensure the safe and effective use of radiation technologies in medical diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to optimize imaging techniques and radiation therapy plans for patients.
- Ensure that radiation doses are accurate, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Perform quality assurance tests on imaging equipment such as X-rays, CT scanners, and MRIs to maintain optimal performance.
- Develop protocols for radiation safety and provide training to staff on best practices for minimizing exposure risks.
- Conduct research to improve imaging technologies or develop new diagnostic tools.
Work Environment:
