MedAdventures is seeking a local contract Outpatient Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Manchester, New Hampshire.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic team at a premier Outpatient Clinic.As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical conditions and functional limitations. . Develop and implement customized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. . Utilize a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. . Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment plans, and strategies for improving mobility and preventing injuries. . Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. . Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. . Stay current with advances in physical therapy practices and maintain licensure requirements.Qualifications . Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist. . CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. . Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
