Job Description SummaryBecome part of Essentias accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!We are currently hiring for our Med/Surg Float Pool at St Marys Medical Center!This is a wonderful opportunity to expand your nursing skill sets in the acute care setting! Submit an application today!- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

  • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month

Shift Start/End: 7am, 11pm/3:30pm, 7:30am
Hours Per Pay Period: 56
Compensation Range: $45.30 - $68.22 / hour
Union: SMMC MNA RNs (SMRN)
FTE: 0.7
Weekends: yes
