The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position involves supporting mental health practitioners as they establish or expand their private practices through the Headway platform. Counselors work remotely, conducting therapy sessions and managing client care while Headway handles insurance credentialing and billing processes. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and support to clinicians, promoting improved access to mental health services.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LPC
- LPCC
- LCPC
- LCPCS
- LPCC-S

Please note, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
