Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LPNs with one year of recent Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency experience for home health contracts in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the surrounding areas. Home Health Nurse Contract Details:
- $1,260 - $1,380 per week
- 8-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Must have 1 year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency
- Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Medicare Certified Agency Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current New Mexico Nursing License
- Valid U.S. Drivers License
