Additional Information About the RoleBJC has an opening for a Manager, Clinical Program in our Value Based Care and Population Health area. Ideal candidate will have experience with Value Based Care/Population Health and have worked with medical groups.
This role does require frequent on-site meetings and rounding. Must be located in the greater St. Louis area.

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Oversees development and implementation of programmatic strategic plans, working closely with hospital administration and physician leadership. Directs financial and operational performance of departments including development of annual budgets, monitoring of revenues and expenses, as well as implementation of consistent management practices across departments.
