The remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position allows mental health clinicians to launch or grow their private practice with support from Headway, which streamlines billing and administrative tasks. Practitioners have the flexibility to choose their working hours, conduct sessions either in-person or via telehealth, and receive marketing support for patient referrals. Headways mission is to improve access to mental healthcare while offering clinicians the tools they need to succeed.
