Rocky Mountain Spine Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Lakewood, CO!
Up to 10k Sign On Bonus, up to $15k in Student Loan Reimbursement, Relocation Assistance available
Average case load 10-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to make a productivity bonus
Closed on evenings weekends: offering flexible schedules to accommodate your work-life balance

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
