Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sanford, NC. As an ICU RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients with critical conditions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires expertise in managing high-acuity patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across all age groups in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Maintain patient safety and comfort by continuously monitoring vital signs and medical status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care strategies.
- Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina or compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU experience, with a strong emphasis on high-acuity care.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, and NIH.
- Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR); experience with Cerner preferred.

- Patient Ratios: 1:2-3
