Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

eth;#159;#151; Schedule: Full-time; must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced surgical environment
eth;#159; Job Summary:
Assists surgeons in the Operating Room by preparing, managing, and passing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures. Works under the direction of the surgeon to help ensure a safe, effective, and efficient OR environment. Maintains sterile technique and supports the surgical team during all phases of patient care.
eth;#159;#145; Essential Duties:
- Prepares and maintains sterile field, instruments, and supplies
- Performs accurate instrument and sponge counts
- Anticipates surgeons needs and responds appropriately
- Prepares patient skin, positions patients, and provides support throughout surgery
- Handles and routes specimens appropriately
- Monitors OR safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, and continuing education commitment
eth;#159;copy;ordm; Required Skills Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a large Operating Room
- Current cardiovascular surgery experience required
- Team-oriented, flexible, and responsive to fast-paced environments
eth;#159;#140;#159; Preferred Experience:
- Ortho, ENT, vascular, or transplant surgery experience a plus
eth;#159;#156; Required Certifications:
- BLS certification - must be through AHA, American Health and Safety, or Red Cross
eth;#159;#152; Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - NBSTSA
- Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) - NCCT
