As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you have the opportunity to establish or grow a private practice with Headways support aimed at enhancing mental healthcare access and affordability. This role includes conducting psychotherapy sessions and managing medication under a flexible schedule while Headway handles insurance credentialing and billing. With resources provided for marketing and patient referrals, you can focus on delivering quality care in-person or via telehealth.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LPC
- LPCC
- LCPC
- LCPCS
- LPCC-S
