LifePoint is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Garden City, Kansas.
Job Description Requirements

Position Summary: St. Catherine Hospital Rehab Services is seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. The therapist will work closely with patients across a variety of diagnoses to improve function, restore mobility, and enhance independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
- Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing patient care planning
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program
- Current Kansas PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or outpatient rehab
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
