The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides remote psychotherapy services and medication management while maintaining a flexible schedule. Supported by Headway, the therapist gains access to tools for running a private practice, including insurance credentialing and marketing assistance. This role is suitable for fully licensed mental health professionals looking to advance their practice independently or grow their caseload.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
- LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
- LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
- LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
